Registration Categories

One-Day:

Provides admittance to all sessions, including the Exhibit Hall (if open), for the selected day. You are allowed to register for only 1 One-Day Registration. One-Day registrants are not permitted to register guests.

Student/Resident/Fellow:

Available to those currently enrolled in one of these programs. Proof of status in a program must be submitted with your registration form.

Guest:

One guest per full meeting registration is allowed for each registration category, with the exception of One-Day Registration. Guest Registration includes entrance to the Exhibit Hall, Poster Hall, and non-ticketed social events only. Access to sessions is not permitted. Children under the age of 18, even if paid registrants, will not be admitted to session rooms or the Exhibit Hall.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to Registration@ADA-ME.org or faxed to +202 26 71 84 21.
For a full refund of the registration fee (less a $50 administrative fee), cancellation requests must be received by Aug 4, 2012.
Cancellation requests received between Aug 5, 2012 and Oct 15, 2012 will receive a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellation requests received after Oct 15, 2012 will not receive a refund of the registration fee.

In case of the denied Visa to UAE, Full Refund will be applied after providing supporting documents.
